WiseTrade AI provides market analysis, technical indicators, and algorithmic Buy/Sell/Hold signals for cryptocurrencies and selected commodities, together with related analytics and educational content. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

WiseTrade AI is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All signals, scores, price targets, and metrics are generated algorithmically from market data and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete.

Trading cryptocurrencies and commodities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to verify your email address, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute data or signals except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the WiseTrade AI name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Market data and content are sourced from third parties (including exchanges and data providers). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of any linked third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy or uptime. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseTrade AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseTrade AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WiseTrade AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
